Among her recent successes is the launch and establishment of The Center for Financial Services Innovation as the dominant voice in American underbanked strategy, including the establishment of the Underbanked Financial Services Forum in conjunction with Source Media. Throughout her career, she has worked with both emerging companies and established national brands to help them achieve their goals through best practices public relations and communications strategy. Clients in financial services, management consulting, technology, lending, real estate and construction have strengthened their market position, improved their profitability, or otherwise fulfilled their desired business objectives.

Prior to establishing her own practice, she founded Stephenson Group’s speakers bureau, the most successful boutique executive speakers bureau in the financial services sector. It has also achieved notable placement and strategic success in a broad range of business sectors, including technology, management, real estate and construction. She developed best practices speaking strategy and messaging, coordinated with clients’ general messaging and public relations strategy, built relationships with trade show organizers, and developed presentation proposals and collateral material on behalf of the company’s clients. SG’s speaking program clients encompassed industry giants like Oracle and Cisco Systems seeking to improve their visibility and penetration in specific market segments, as well as start-ups and smaller firms such as ACBS, Digital Insight, Exemetric and Triton Systems whose programs expanded their businesses, facilitated partnerships or acquisitions or enabled their goal of going public.
